Who is Destinee Aliyah?
Destinee Aliyah is a self-taught writer and poet from the beautiful island of Barbados. From the time she was a young girl words fascinated her. As she grew older so did her passion for the literary arts. Destinee prides herself in honestly displaying her thoughts and emotions boldly on a page. Her hope is to inspire her readers with thought provoking pieces. While still young, Destinee is committed to honing her skills to one day become a master in her craft.

Purpose
The blog acts as a direct extension of my creative conscience. It allows for the sharing of genuine thoughts and experiences presented in a way that is relatable.
